Fixed Project Fee

A clearly defined scope with an agreed flat fee. Ideal for on-site audits, design-build projects, feasibility studies, and defined consulting engagements. No surprises — full transparency from proposal to delivery.

Hourly, Daily & Travel Day Rate

Flexible time-based billing for peer reviews, and shorter advisory engagements — including plan development, data analysis, report generation, and board advisory activities. Travel day rates apply when on-site visits are required.

Percent of Operational Savings

For operational improvement engagements, our fee is structured as a percentage of the verified savings achieved. Our success is directly tied to yours — aligning our incentives with your bottom line.

Best for: Long Term Operational Engagement
All approved travel expenses are paid by the client. Work is performed primarily at client sites. Most travel will be non-stop flights from our Las Vegas office to your facility.
